The phone will be a successor of Redmi 7A, and it’s quite interesting that Redmi is launching another next-generation phone within two months of 7A launch. Shortly after the formal confirmation concerning the launch date of Redmi 8A in India, the Indian head of the company took Twitter to share a teaser smartphone picture. The posted image is indicating a waterdrop-like notch at the top of the display.

A 6.2-inches display is expected to cover the front too whereas 4GB of RAM with Snapdragon 439 Chipset will give a smooth and silky performance. Some sources have confirmed that Redmi 8A will flaunt a 64GB of onboard memory and in terms of optics, it’ll be loaded with 12MP primary rear sensor and an 8MP front-facing camera to assist you in videos and selfies.
Redmi 8A appears like a budget-friendly smartphone which is priced at INR 8000 only. We are expecting it to give a tough competition to the giants such as Samsung and Huawei. And like its earlier generation devices, Redmi 8A seems to be a bestseller in India.
